Each year we recruit from the brightest young people and offer them structured apprenticeships. We feel this form of training realises the full ability of the individual and will help to ensure the continued success of the company in this century. All our workers are skilled technicians graded with the Joint Industry Board (JIB) which is the body that supports and develops our industry. Contract management staff are recruited for their knowledge and experience and are encouraged to undertake further vocational training in management and personal development.

Capital expenditure
The company has recently invested heavily in new computer systems. The latest in estimating software means we can dissect each project minutely and yet complete the pricing exercise speedily and comprehensively.
