Notes:

  • New lateral mains installation to all the flats within the blocks that we have been allocated.
  • DICR testing within all tenanted flats, and any remedials carried out, which include AICO.
  • LD2 fire alarm system, new 18th edition CCU.
  • New electrical risers were built, and new electrical mains cupboards were built.
  • We have also carried out decorations in some of our blocks, working to a Crown spec and using class O paint.
  • We have also installed Thorlux Smart fittings within the communal areas of the blocks.
