WG Wigginton Ltd was appointed to deliver a high-volume Domestic Installation Condition Report (DICR) programme across multiple regions for Sovereign Network Group.

The programme operates across Oxford, Reading, Bristol, Bournemouth and the Isle of Wight and is led by contracts manager Scott Draper, with resident liaison officers on site to offer support.
